1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Flag Folks ("we", "us"). You can reach us through the form on our Contact page. These terms apply when you use our site or buy from us. By doing either, you agree to them.

2. What we sell

We sell political humor, commentary and patriotic merchandise. Flag Folks is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Donald J. Trump, the Trump Organization or any candidate, public official, campaign, political party, PAC or government. Some product names include other people's trademarks, such as TRUMP or MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, to describe what is on the product. Those marks belong to their owners, and our products are unofficial. No part of your purchase goes to any campaign, candidate, party or PAC.

3. Who can buy, and where

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from us. We sell only to buyers in the United States, and we don't sell to buyers in California or ship to California addresses. An order with a California billing or shipping address is cancelled and refunded in full. Our Shipping policy lists where we ship.

4. Your account

You can check out as a guest or with an account. Keep access to your email secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

5. Orders

When you place an order, we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, and refund it in full, if an item is unavailable, a price or description on our site was wrong, we suspect fraud, or the order has a California billing address or an address we don't ship to. If we cancel, we'll tell you why.

6. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. If we show a former price next to a current one, it is a price we actually charged for that item; we never invent a "was" price. If a price on our site is wrong, we'll tell you before we ship, and you can cancel or pay the correct price.

7. Payment

You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed by our payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number.

8. Shipping, delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy and our Returns and refunds policy are part of these terms. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered. We don't take returns for a change of mind; damaged, defective, wrong or not-as-described items are replaced or refunded as our Returns and refunds policy says.

9. Product information

We describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. If what you get isn't what the product page shows, our Returns and refunds policy applies.

10. Offers

Every offer shows its terms next to it: what you buy, what you get, and when it ends. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers don't combine.

11. Reviews and comments

If you post a review, comment, photo or anything else on our site, you confirm it's your own and honest, and you let us show it on our site. We'll ask you first before we use it anywhere else. We publish every review, whatever its rating, unless it contains profanity, someone's personal information, spam or advertising, an attack on people for their race, religion or another protected trait, or a threat, or has nothing to do with the product or your order.

12. Using our site

Please don't misuse our site. That means no fraud, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, no copying our photos or text to sell elsewhere, and no pretending to be someone else.

13. Our content

The text, photos and design of our site belong to us or to their owners. Other people's trademarks belong to their owners (section 2).

14. Our responsibility

We stand behind the promises in our Returns and refunds policy and our Shipping policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

15. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to us first through our Contact page, and we'll try to put it right. There is no arbitration clause in these terms.
