When will it get here?
Delivery times depend on your address and the carrier. When your order ships, we email you. Our Shipping page has the details.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. We ship to addresses in every US state except California, and to Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. Our Shipping page has the details.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Put their address in at checkout and we ship it to their door. We don't sell to buyers in California or ship to California addresses. If it goes to a US territory, the territory may charge its own tax or duty when it arrives.
What if it arrives broken or wrong?
Write to us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number. We'll reply by email; send a photo in your reply. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you choose, and you don't need to send it back. If the item is out of stock, we'll refund you.
